Contacted on Oct. 24th 2025. Aaron came out to evaluate a tree I had that was struggling. He suggested a treatment for the tree and said he would send me an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, they would apply the treatment. November 21st, I follow up with Aaron and he says he is 'building the estimate today'. I follow back up with him on November 26th and he says he will get me the estimate today. December 10th I follow up AGAIN and Aaron responds a b.s. excuse as to why he hasn't been able to get me an estimate. January 12th I send him a photo of the tree. By now my tree looks dead. Never received an estimate, no response, no communication. Today is February 10th, almost 15 weeks later and finally get a response (see photo).
Tremendous job. Got rid of an unwanted tree quickly, cleanly, and even raked the yard when done. Great service!

Found that the trunk on my 20 year old Chinese Pistache tree had started to split, called Aspen Tree Service, they returned my call within 30 minutes, had someone out to look at it same day. AJ was friendly and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my tree and gave me options to avoid losing the tree. The work was completed within 24 hours, exactly as explained. Would recommend Aspen Tree Service to anyone needing an arborist.
I have been using Aspen Tree Service for a number of years. I have only one live oak tree (purchased in @ 2003 for my male dog) and the Aspen personnel have been excellent. Their recommendations for fertilizing and trimming have made the tree strong & healthy. Keep Going Aspen. You definitely earned 5 stars!

Horrible, Horrible service. Scheduled tree trimming with Aspen and they arrived on time on the 16th of May, but it was starting to rain and they said they would reschedule. After waiting a week (of dry weather), I had not heard from Aspen and contacted them. After that it was a series of broken appointments and promises that lasted until June 12th. Finally I was tired of this and told them tomorrow or cancel. I canceled.

Wonderful tree service! They had a tricky job getting down our 2 trees between our house and the neighbor’s. But they did it and then ground the stumps down really well. They are very knowledgeable about trees and their care. I definitely will be using them again.
